What are Hoge Stabiliteit Trim Tabs / Turn Fins?

Hoge Stabiliteit Trim Tabs / Turn Fins are hydrofoil devices attached to the lower unit of a boat's outboard or inboard-outboard engine to improve stability and control during turns.

How do Hoge Stabiliteit Trim Tabs / Turn Fins work?

These devices use hydrodynamic forces to provide lift and create a downward force on the outside of the turn, helping to counteract the boat's natural tendency to lean outward when turning.

What are the benefits of using Hoge Stabiliteit Trim Tabs / Turn Fins?

The benefits include improved cornering performance, reduced cavitation, better overall handling, increased fuel efficiency, and enhanced stability at higher speeds.
